Benvenuto su SpritzMoon. Utilizzando il sito spritzmoon.net e i servizi associati (il bot Telegram, il registro pubblico, l'app di mining), accetti questi Termini di Servizio. Se non sei d'accordo, ti chiediamo di non usare il servizio.
⚠️ Da leggere prima di tutto
SpritzMoon NON è un investimento finanziario. SPM è un token di community senza valore in euro, non quotato su exchange, non scambiabile in moneta legale. Chi cerca un investimento o un guadagno deve guardare altrove.
1. Cos'è SpritzMoon
SpritzMoon è un progetto community open-source ispirato all'aperitivo Spritz. Permette agli utenti di "minare" un token chiamato SPM tramite il browser, scambiarlo con altri utenti, e partecipare a una community che ruota attorno alla cultura italiana dell'aperitivo.
2. Cos'è SPM (e cosa NON è)
2.1 SPM è
- Un token di community registrato su una blockchain pubblica gestita dal team SpritzMoon
- Distribuito gratuitamente tramite mining da browser
- Trasferibile tra utenti SpritzMoon
- Visibile e tracciabile sul registro pubblico
- Limitato a un supply massimo di 21.000.000 unità
2.2 SPM NON è
- NON è un investimento finanziario ai sensi della normativa italiana ed europea (TUF, MiFID II, MiCA)
- NON è uno strumento finanziario, valore mobiliare, o security
- NON è una valuta legale e non sostituisce l'euro o altre valute fiat
- NON è quotato su exchange centralizzati (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, ecc.) o decentralizzati (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, ecc.)
- NON è scambiabile in euro tramite alcun servizio ufficiale
- NON dà diritto a dividendi, profitti, partecipazioni in qualsiasi società o entità
- NON garantisce alcun valore presente o futuro
3. Chi può usare SpritzMoon
Puoi usare SpritzMoon se:
- Hai compiuto 14 anni
- Risiedi in un paese dove l'uso di token blockchain non è vietato
- Accetti questi Termini e la Privacy Policy
- Comprendi che SPM non è un investimento e non ha valore garantito
4. Mining gratuito
Puoi accedere alla piattaforma di mining gratuitamente. Il mining genera SPM al ritmo della fase corrente:
- 🔴 Fase Campari (0 → 5.25M): 0.10 SPM/min
- 🟠 Fase Aperol (5.25M → 10.5M): 0.05 SPM/min
- 🟤 Fase Select (10.5M → 15.75M): 0.02 SPM/min
- 🟢 Fase Hugo (15.75M → 21M): 0.005 SPM/min
Quando il supply totale raggiunge 21 milioni di SPM, il mining si chiude permanentemente.
5. Wallet e Device ID
Ogni utente è identificato da un Device ID generato automaticamente dal browser. Il Device ID è la tua "identità" sulla blockchain SpritzMoon e funziona come una chiave del tuo wallet:
- Sei l'unico responsabile della custodia del tuo Device ID
- Se cancelli il localStorage del browser perdi l'accesso al tuo wallet attuale
- Non possiamo recuperare wallet smarriti o trasferire SPM da un wallet a un altro per tuo conto
- Ti raccomandiamo di salvare il tuo Device ID in un posto sicuro
⚠️ Attenzione
Allo stato attuale, chiunque conosca il tuo Device ID potrebbe potenzialmente importare il tuo wallet. Non condividere mai pubblicamente il tuo Device ID. Stiamo lavorando a un sistema di sicurezza basato su seed phrase per il futuro.
6. Trasferimenti tra utenti
Puoi trasferire SPM ad altri utenti SpritzMoon conoscendo il loro Device ID. I trasferimenti sono:
- Irreversibili — una volta inviati, gli SPM non possono essere recuperati se inviati per errore
- Pubblici — visibili sul registro pubblico
- Gratuiti — non addebitiamo commissioni
- Puoi inviare SPM solo se hai un saldo sufficiente
Verifica sempre il Device ID del destinatario prima di confermare un trasferimento.
7. Comportamenti vietati
Non puoi usare SpritzMoon per:
- Tentare di hackerare, manipolare o sabotare il sistema
- Creare account multipli con lo scopo di abusare del faucet o del mining
- Utilizzare bot automatizzati per minare in modo non consentito
- Distribuire SPM in cambio di denaro o altre valute (vedi sezione 2.2)
- Promuovere SpritzMoon come investimento o opportunità di guadagno
- Truffare altri utenti, anche promettendo "scambi" o "vendite" di SPM
- Spammare il bot Telegram o la community
- Utilizzare il servizio per attività illecite secondo la legge italiana o internazionale
In caso di violazione, ci riserviamo il diritto di bannare il Device ID dal sistema.
8. Disclaimer e limitazione di responsabilità
SpritzMoon è fornito "così com'è" ("as-is"), senza alcuna garanzia di:
- Disponibilità continua del servizio
- Assenza di bug o vulnerabilità
- Conservazione perpetua dei dati
- Compatibilità con tutti i browser o dispositivi
- Valore economico presente o futuro di SPM
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il team SpritzMoon non è responsabile per:
- Perdita di SPM dovuta a cancellazione del browser, smarrimento del Device ID, o errori dell'utente
- Eventuali interruzioni del servizio
- Danni indiretti, conseguenti, o di immagine
- Aspettative economiche disattese (perché non promettiamo nessun valore economico)
9. Modifiche al servizio
Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare, sospendere, o cessare in qualsiasi momento qualsiasi parte del servizio, inclusi:
- Le tariffe di mining e le fasi della tokenomics
- Le funzionalità del sito o del bot
- L'intero progetto
Le modifiche significative saranno comunicate sul nostro canale Telegram ufficiale.
10. Proprietà intellettuale
Il nome "SpritzMoon", il logo, e i contenuti originali del sito sono di proprietà del team SpritzMoon. Il codice del progetto è community e open-source. Lo Spritz, il Campari, l'Aperol, il Select e l'Hugo sono nomi di prodotti commerciali di proprietà delle rispettive aziende — li citiamo solo come ispirazione culturale per le fasi di mining, senza alcuna affiliazione o endorsement.
11. Legge applicabile e foro competente
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il foro del luogo di residenza del consumatore, ove applicabile.

Welcome to SpritzMoon. By using the site spritzmoon.net and associated services (Telegram bot, public registry, mining app), you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
⚠️ Read this first
SpritzMoon is NOT a financial investment. SPM is a community token with no euro value, not listed on exchanges, not exchangeable for fiat money. If you're looking for an investment or a profit, look elsewhere.
1. What is SpritzMoon
SpritzMoon is an open-source community project inspired by the Spritz aperitivo. It allows users to "mine" a token called SPM through their browser, exchange it with other users, and join a community centered around Italian aperitivo culture.
2. What SPM is (and is NOT)
2.1 SPM is
- A community token recorded on a public blockchain managed by the SpritzMoon team
- Distributed for free via browser mining
- Transferable between SpritzMoon users
- Visible and traceable on the public registry
- Limited to a maximum supply of 21,000,000 units
2.2 SPM is NOT
- NOT a financial investment under Italian and EU regulation (TUF, MiFID II, MiCA)
- NOT a financial instrument, security, or transferable security
- NOT a legal currency and does not replace euro or other fiat currencies
- NOT listed on centralized exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) or decentralized ones (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc.)
- NOT exchangeable for fiat through any official service
- Does NOT entitle you to dividends, profits, or shares in any company or entity
- Does NOT guarantee any value present or future
3. Who can use SpritzMoon
You can use SpritzMoon if:
- You are at least 14 years old
- You reside in a country where blockchain token use is not prohibited
- You accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
- You understand that SPM is not an investment and has no guaranteed value
4. Free mining
You can access the mining platform for free. Mining generates SPM at the current phase rate:
- 🔴 Campari Phase (0 → 5.25M): 0.10 SPM/min
- 🟠 Aperol Phase (5.25M → 10.5M): 0.05 SPM/min
- 🟤 Select Phase (10.5M → 15.75M): 0.02 SPM/min
- 🟢 Hugo Phase (15.75M → 21M): 0.005 SPM/min
When the total supply reaches 21 million SPM, mining closes permanently.
5. Wallet and Device ID
Each user is identified by a Device ID automatically generated by the browser. The Device ID is your "identity" on the SpritzMoon blockchain and works as your wallet key:
- You are solely responsible for the custody of your Device ID
- If you clear your browser localStorage, you lose access to your current wallet
- We cannot recover lost wallets or transfer SPM from one wallet to another on your behalf
- We recommend saving your Device ID in a safe place
⚠️ Warning
Currently, anyone who knows your Device ID could potentially import your wallet. Never share your Device ID publicly. We're working on a seed phrase-based security system for the future.
6. Transfers between users
You can transfer SPM to other SpritzMoon users by knowing their Device ID. Transfers are:
- Irreversible — once sent, SPM cannot be recovered if sent by mistake
- Public — visible on the public registry
- Free — we don't charge fees
- You can only send SPM if you have sufficient balance
Always verify the recipient's Device ID before confirming a transfer.
7. Prohibited behavior
You may not use SpritzMoon to:
- Attempt to hack, manipulate, or sabotage the system
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the faucet or mining
- Use automated bots for unauthorized mining
- Distribute SPM in exchange for money or other currencies (see section 2.2)
- Promote SpritzMoon as an investment or earning opportunity
- Scam other users, including by promising "trades" or "sales" of SPM
- Spam the Telegram bot or community
- Use the service for illegal activities under Italian or international law
In case of violation, we reserve the right to ban the Device ID from the system.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
SpritzMoon is provided "as is", without any warranty of:
- Continuous service availability
- Absence of bugs or vulnerabilities
- Perpetual data preservation
- Compatibility with all browsers or devices
- Present or future economic value of SPM
To the extent permitted by law, the SpritzMoon team is not liable for:
- Loss of SPM due to browser clearing, lost Device ID, or user error
- Service interruptions
- Indirect, consequential, or reputational damages
- Disappointed economic expectations (because we promise no economic value)
9. Service changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time, including:
- Mining rates and tokenomics phases
- Site or bot features
- The entire project
Significant changes will be announced on our official Telegram channel.
10. Intellectual property
The "SpritzMoon" name, logo, and original site content are property of the SpritzMoon team. The project code is community and open-source. Spritz, Campari, Aperol, Select and Hugo are commercial product names belonging to their respective companies — we mention them only as cultural inspiration for mining phases, without any affiliation or endorsement.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the consumer's place of residence court shall have jurisdiction, where applicable.
